We work alongside clients in order to set both long and short term goals.

As the level of activity of every individual with widespread pain is different, these goals need to be personalised to you and we can work with you to help you set these goals and then come up with a step by step plan to help you achieve them.

We use a “SMART” acronym in order for you to do this.

  • Specific
  • Measureable
  • Achievable
  • Realistic
  • Timed

An example of a SMART goal would be – I would like to be able to walk around the supermarket for 20 minutes in 2 months time.
